Het Theehuis provides tea-related services including tastings, ceremonies, workshops, custom blends, and subscriptions. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.
Service bookings are made through our website or by direct contact. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email.
Payment is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept standard payment methods as indicated during the booking process. All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
Services may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred alternative date and time.
